The websites www.rumenco.co.uk, www.progiene-dairy.com, www.nettexequine.com, www.nettexpoultry.com and www.net-tex.co.uk are provided by Rumenco Limited (“we, our or us”). This privacy policy explains how and why we collect, use and otherwise process your personal data obtained via each of our websites and via our social media accounts on Instagram, and Facebook.
We are the controller of the personal data that we obtain through our websites and social media accounts, which means that we are the organisation legally responsible for deciding how and for what purposes that it is used.
Please note that, in the case of our social media accounts, the social media platform (e.g. Facebook and Instagram) will also be a controller of the personal data that is obtained through your use of those platforms, including your interactions with our social media accounts. What this policy applies to
This privacy policy relates only to your use of our website, any information that you share with us by email and any information that you share with us by interacting with our social media accounts.

How and why we use your personal data

How long your personal data will be kept
We will not keep your personal data for longer than we need it for the purpose for which it is used. For example, where you have consented to our using your personal data for marketing purposes, we will store and use that personal data for that purpose unless and until you contact us to ask that we stop.
Following the end of the of the relevant retention period, we will delete or anonymise your personal data.
Transferring your personal data out of the UK
Countries outside the UK have differing data protection laws, some of which may provide lower levels of protection of privacy.

- Where we transfer personal data outside of the UK to Ireland, we rely on what is known as an ‘adequacy regulation.’ An adequacy regulation is a decision made by the UK government that a particular country – in this case Ireland, as part of the EU – ensures an adequate level of protection for personal data
